Anyone who knows a little bit about me knows, that one of my passions is cooking. Before working for Advertising, I had the opportunity of working in some of the best kitchens of Miami Florida, so it was only a matter of time for me to fusion my 2 passions: Storytelling and cooking.

MY MISSION: To provide a way for all Venezuelans to be able to cook comfort food wherever they are! We are currently sprinkled all over the globe and our lives revolve around food and family, so if we can’t have our family at least we can have good food to help us remember who we are.

I started my own Youtube channel on March 18 of 2019. We had more 400+ views in less than 24 hours.

Today we count on 14.3K subscribers and 100+ videos in our recipe repertoire.

The result was a brand that represented me as a Latina that relishes in the opportunity to share her decadent hobby: Cooking good food unapologetically. The process to create the brand was very intensive. The word “Parchita” is how the Passion fruit is called in my country of origin, Venezuela. I chose a Passion Fruit to be my token because is a very intense, in-your-face tasting fruit, a perfect explaining for the kind of flavors I like to develop in my food.
