It’s 2021 and we are almost coming out of a Pandemic. Brands are looking for new ways to captivate their audience and in the case of MGA LOL Dolls, they decided to target moms instead of the little girls and teens that ask for their product. Let’s face it, in 2021 Youtube and its unboxing videos is the one with the attention of kids and brands have to look for clever ways to capture the attention of moms online.
How to do it? We went through rounds of concepts and we came up with this idea of letting mom be immersed in the LOL World with her daughters, but like, BE THERE with them. This would give them the opportunity to be part of the playing world their daughter loves to be deep into (and believe me when I say is DEEP) So we created the first LOL OMG Closet with lots of accessories, dolls, and clothes to play with. This idea came through videos designed for different ad specs like :30 seconds, :15 seconds and :06 second bumpers.
